Returns and refunds

We want you and your pup to love your order. Here is how returns work.

Standard items: Unused collars, leashes, harnesses and sets that are not personalized can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition. To start a return, email wagandcharm@gmail.com with your order number. Customers pay return shipping. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Charms: All charm sales are final. If a charm arrives broken or you receive the wrong one, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and you can choose a replacement or a refund.

Personalized or custom items: Items made or arranged to your specifications (for example custom names or color combinations) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If we made a mistake or your item arrives damaged, we will make it right at no cost to you.

Damaged or incorrect items: Email wagandcharm@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. You choose a replacement or a refund.
