Welcome to Wag & Charm. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About us. Wag & Charm sells pet collars, leashes, harnesses, sets and interchangeable charms. Wag & Charm, 1111 6th Ave Ste 550 #468284, San Diego, CA 92101. Email: wagandcharm@gmail.com

2. Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, cancel or limit any order, for example because of a stock error, pricing mistake or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

3. Pricing and payment. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. We do not see or store your full card details.

4. Product information. We try to show colors and details accurately, but screens vary and small-batch items can differ slightly. Charm designs and stock vary and may sell out.

5. Safe use. Our products are fashion and walking accessories. Check fit and condition before every use and never leave a collar, charm or harness on an unsupervised pet. Charms are small parts: keep them away from young children and from pets that may chew or swallow them. Our products are not safety restraints or training equipment. Inspect regularly and remove any item that is worn or damaged. Use is at your own risk.

6. Shipping and returns. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property. All content on this site, including logos, photos, text and designs, belongs to Wag & Charm or is used with permission. Please do not copy it without permission.

8. Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, Wag & Charm is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item involved. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Changes. We may update these terms. The version posted on this page applies to your order.

10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
