Where we ship: Orders ship within the United States only.

Shipping cost: Orders under $30 ship for $5.99. Orders of $30 or more ship for $10.99. The rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time: Orders ship within 5-7 business days, including personalized orders. Weekends and holidays are not counted.

Carrier and delivery: We ship with USPS. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Address accuracy: Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot redirect packages after they ship.

Packaging: Charm-only orders ship in a padded mailer. Collars, leashes, harnesses and sets ship in a box.

Lost, delayed or damaged in transit: Email wagandcharm@gmail.com with your order number.

International: Not available at this time.
